Our Story
47th street pizza
Started by the late Yosef Abrams as Mitzvah Farms, 47th Street is the culmination of his vision to make great kosher dairy pizza ,He started off with artisan cheese and slowly evolved the company into the best purveyor of gourmet kosher frozen pizzas and burritos.
47th street continues to strive to add to Yosef's legacy with new young vision and improved products the same time fresh new look for the boxes, and new sizes for our loved pizza.
Our production
The production process we use for making this high quality pizza crust is called ‘cold pressing’ and is authentic in the US. With cold pressing a dough ball can be transformed into a unique, pre-baked pizza crust with the typical characteristics of an American style pizza crust. While we keeping the product being kosher and fresh.
Our ingredients
We use the perfect combination of a classic recipe and a traditional preparation method to make pizza crusts of the highest quality. As frozen pizza manufacturers, we strongly believe in a sustainable production method and only use natural ingredients to make our broad selection of pizza and other products.
